What happens after I place my order?

For the security of your payments, after completing the order, you will be redirected to the Paypal site to make the payment, otherwise if you have chosen bank transfer, you will be shown the data needed for payment of the latter.

From that moment, we will begin processing your order, within 5 working days you will be sent a preview of how the product will be customized.

Subject to your approval, we will proceed with the construction within 10 working days (20 working days for more complex jobs or in large quantities)

Our products are created and designed from scratch and require several manufacturing steps, for this reason we invite you to be patient and respect the deadlines described above.

If you have deadlines and/or urgency to receive the ordered products, it is possible to agree on an early delivery, according to our availability.

Once ready, the product will be entrusted to the SDA courier. For any problems regarding shipping, we invite you to contact them directly, as SDA is responsible for shipping once the product has left.

Can I only pay with Paypal?

Paypal is not our only immediate payment method, you can also choose to pay by bank transfer, but the item will be made and shipped only when the funds are actually available in the account, however, keep in mind that it is possible to pay with the majority of cards of credit.

Payment with Paypal

PayPal is a very simple, fast and reliable payment method that is increasingly widespread on the web and allows you to purchase without entering your credit card details on the site where you are shopping.

By selecting payment with PayPal you will be redirected to a page on the PayPal site where you will enter your email address and password and make the payment, or alternatively you can pay by credit card without the need to register.

In this case your financial data will not be shared with us but will be managed directly by PayPal.

If you cancel your order or for any reason we do not accept payment, the amount will be refunded to your PayPal account or directly to your credit card. We will not be responsible for delays and/or damages caused during the refund process.

Can I contact you by phone?

We only offer assistance via email or via Facebook messenger chat, for reasons of traceability and speed of response, we will do everything possible to clarify any doubts/needs you may have.

Do you have a physical location?

Our physical headquarters is a production site and is not open to the public, we only sell online.

Billing

Arti&Inventive operates on a flat rate basis, our invoices contain VAT at 0%, we do not need your SDI as we are exempt from electronic invoicing.
